Zhanna Diyarova

Since joining AIFC in 2018, Zhanna has played a key role in establishing the department responsible for comprehensive support of both current and potential Centre participants. Under her leadership, the department provides assistance with registration and obtaining licenses within the AIFC.

Before joining the AIFC, Zhanna worked at JSC NC “KAZAKH INVEST,” where she was involved in attracting foreign investments and supporting participants in Kazakhstan’s special economic zones. She also has experience working in the United States, at the Tiffany & Co. headquarters in New York, where she held positions in the finance and operations departments.

In her current role, Zhanna actively develops AIFC processes, contributes to the growth of financial companies and the market in Kazakhstan, and participates in promoting the Centre on the international stage. She also actively contributes to publications focused on the attractiveness of the AIFC jurisdiction, its tax benefits, and opportunities for international companies.
