Zhanara Aikimbayeva

Zhanara Akimbayeva has 25 years of work experience in the banking sector, and currently holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Altyn Bank JSC (Joint stock company).

Graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence, Kazakh Economics University named after T.Ryskulov with a degree in Banking, International Business School, Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a degree in Financial Management.

Has an excellent knowledge of the banking market. Carried out professional activities in various areas of banking. Her career started at the “Bank TuranAlem” JSC (Joint stock company). Then she worked at the Halyk Bank JSC (Joint stock company) for 14 years. Over the years, she held the positions of Head of the Trade Finance Division of the International Relations Department, Director of the Corporate and Trade Banking Department, and Director of the Corporate Clients Department. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Management Board of the Altyn Bank JSC (Joint stock company).
