Tolegen Omarbekov
Chairman of MB, Electric Power and Energy Saving Development Institute
Mr. Omrbekov has started his career as Specialist, Head of the Expertise and Audit Department, Expert-Consulting LLP.
Later becoming a Head of the Innovation Infrastructure Department, Deputy Director of the Department of New Technologies and Energy Saving, Director of the Department of New Technologies and Energy Saving, Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2014 serving as Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “Managing Company of the SEZ “Park of Innovative Technologies”.
And in 2015 till 2022 becoming Chief of Staff, Deputy General Director of the Autonomous Cluster Fund “Park of Innovative Technologies” (Techgarden).
From March 2023 to current date – Chairman of the Board of JSC “Institute for the Development of the Electric Power Industry and Energy Saving (Kazakhenergoexpertiza)”.
