Temirlan Mukhanbetzhanov

Member of the Board of Directors of the AIFC Authority

Temirlan most recently held the role of Acting CEO and Chief Clients Officer at the AIFC Authority, where he drove strategic initiatives to enhance client engagement and institutional growth. Prior to this, he led AIFC Business Connect as CEO, focusing on expanding the business development efforts of the AIFC. During 2016-2021, Temirlan held several senior leadership positions within the AIFC, including Deputy CEO and Managing Director, contributing significantly to the center’s development and operations. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy CEO of the National Investment Corporation of the National Bank of Kazakhstan and Advisor to the CEO of SWF Samruk-Kazyna.
