Rustam Rahmatov

Rustam Rahmatov is the Founder & CEO at «IMAN Holding» and «U» companies. An ex-investment banker with extensive experience across Uzbekistan, Luxembourg, and the US funds. He worked at leading consulting and investment firms like EY, IFG, and IFC (World Bank Group).
Rustam was involved in advising startups in fintech, invest-tech, e-commerce, real estate, and many others both in the local market & abroad.

Additionally, he serves as an ambassador for the leading international blockchain ecosystem development association, the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC).

In 2018, Rustam co-founded «IMAN», securing more than $3 million in pre-seed and seed investment rounds from top-tier VCs. «IMAN Superapp» has the invest-tech app, ex-IMAN Invest, and fintech app «IMAN Nasiya» and payment app «IMAN Pay», attracting more than 500,000 users in total with 50,000+ retail investors who transact daily in line with Islamic law and AAOIFI standards.
