Olzhas Daniyarov

Olzhas is a certified lawyer and an expert in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and corporate governance at Sayat Zholshy & Partners (SZP) in Astana.

Prior to joining SZP, Olzhas worked for a quasi-governmental organization in the fields of finance and agriculture, and as a lawyer at the largest shopping and entertainment facility in Astana at that time. Olzhas was one of the first lawyers to participate in the implementation of projects within the framework of the microcredit system reform in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
