Nurzhan Kabdoldanov

Nurzhan Kabdoldanov graduated from Taldykorgan Law College with a degree in Law in 1997, from the Kazakh Institute of Jurisprudence and International Relations with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2003. In 2010, he graduated from Zhambyl University of Humanities and Technology with a degree in Finance, Bachelor of Finance degree.

In the period from January 2014 to January 2020, he was the chief expert, director of the Department, Deputy General Director of JSC “Zhasyl Damu” (subordinate organization of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

From January 2020 to January 2022, Executive Director of MKS Company LLP; from January 2022 to March 2022, Deputy General Director of Zhasyl Damu JSC; from March 2022 to June 2022, Managing Director for Waste Management, Member of the Management Board of Zhasyl Damu JSC;

Since July 1, 2022, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of JSC “Zhasyl Damu”.

Carries out the general organization, coordination and control of activities related to the management of ownerless hazardous waste received by the republican property by a court decision, extended obligations of producers (importers), climate change and regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.
