With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and communications, he has overseen numerous projects that have positively impacted both the company and the country as a whole. His achievements include significant contributions to the development of innovations and the modernization of the company’s network infrastructure, including the transition to 400G networks to meet the growing digital needs of Kazakhstan. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree and has a background in chemical technology and cybernetics.
