More than 15 years of experience in consulting (PwC) and major banks (Citigroup, Sberbank, VTB). Worked as a digital transformation director at VTB, where she scaled the implementation of RPA technologies, biometrics, blockchain, AI and increased the efficiency of business processes with new technologies. As a leader of Innovation Lab in Sberbank implemented first big scale blockchain project in banking in 2016 – Mortgage securities deals and accounting via the blockchain technology. Economical efficiency of the projects under management – more than USD 16 million.
