Marat Nurmamatov

Mr. Nurmamatov has been the Chief Financial Officer of Mortgage Refinancing Company of Uzbekistan (UzMRC) since 2023.
Marat worked for about 10 years at the Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank in Bishkek as a senior accountant, head of budgeting, control and reporting, and as deputy head of finance. Later, he served as the head of finance at the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Fund in Tashkent.
Academic titles: Candidate (phd equivalent) of Law
Qualifications: Certified Risk Management Expert. Frankfurt School of Financial Management
Education: 1. Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in Economics and Management. 2. Russian State Social University in Jurisprudence.
