Madina Tukulova

Madina Tukulova is a Head of the Islamic Finance, AIFC Authority.

Madina has experience in the Agency for Regulating the Activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She participated in developing legal acts and strategic documents on Islamic finance. Madina Tukulova has been developing and promoting Islamic finance in Kazakhstan and the Central Asian region for more than ten years. Madina is a Certified Islamic Banker by CIBAFI. In 2021, Madina Tukulova was included in the Cambridge IFA ranking of “The 50 Most Influential Women in Islamic Finance and Business”, and she was recognised as Womani Influencer for the year 2022.
