Liya Akzhanova

Liya Akzhanova is a Partner and Deputy Head at GRATA International in Astana. Liya brings extensive experience in managing and overseeing projects for long-term clients in the Oil and Gas, Telecom, Transport, Construction, and service sectors.

Prior to joining GRATA, Liya held senior management roles at the shipyard of the Mangystau region and served as Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Astana Financial Services Authority.
