Born in 1984 in the Kokchetav region, he holds two higher education degrees:

• In 2006, he graduated from S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University with a degree in “Electrical Supply of Industrial Enterprises,” earning the qualification of “engineer.”
• In 2015, he graduated from Kokshe Academy with a degree in “Jurisprudence,” obtaining an academic degree of “Bachelor of Jurisprudence.”
