Feruza Bobokulova

Feruza is a FIDIC Certified specialist in three categories and she advises the parties on these contracts in Uzbekistan and beyond. She also represents the parties in dispute adjudication and arbitration proceedings in addition to serving as an adjudicator.
The first arbitration case, in which Feruza has successfully represented a foreign subcontractor was a 23-million USD dispute arisen from the FIDIC sub-contract agreement from the road construction. Since then, Feruza has successfully represented the parties in arbitrations conducted under the ICC Arbitration Rules, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, Vienna Rules, London Chamber of Arbitration Rules, in sports arbitration, and in others.
Also, Feruza has served as the ICC Court Member for two terms and she has recently been appointed as the VIAC Ambassador to Uzbekistan.
