Zombor Erdélyi

Mr. Zombor Erdélyi graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest in 2010 with a degree in Economics and Mathematical Analysis. He has 14 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, especially in the capital markets. He also started his career as a stock trader and worked in Hungarian banks as a controlling specialist and later as head of Treasury Mid-Office . At some point he was the Head of Market and Liquidity Risk.
From 2022, he was the Head of Risk Management and Controlling at Gránit Asset Management, where he developed risk management systems in line with market best practices. His work and the projects completed under his leadership have contributed to the stable and efficient operation of Gránit Asset Management, resulting in his appointment as Deputy CEO in July 2023.
Gránit Asset Management has a strong focus on real estate investments but is also active in private equity and securities investments, and has set its sights on international expansion, with Central Asia as an important target.
In 2024, Gránit Asset Management launched a new international brand, Grandum, under which it will consolidate its real estate services and objectives. This includes its real estate management subsidiary, which operates as Grandum Property Management.
