Diana Aryssova

Diana Aidarovna Aryssova is a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”, she administers corporate financing, accounting and tax accounting, budgeting and planning, maintenance of financial sustainability of the Company.

In 1999, she graduated with honors from the Kazakh State Academy of Management (qualifying in International Monetary and Financial Relations), in 2003, Yokohama National University, Japan (Master of Business Administration, specialization – Finance), in 2009 she studied at the London Business School in Corporate Finance.

She started her career in 1999 in the Department of Currency Regulation and Control of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She also worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, at the British Embassy in Kazakhstan she was a coordinator of projects in the field of energy. From March 2007 to October 2012, she worked at JSC MOC “KazMunayTeniz” as Director of the Corporate Finance Department, Acting Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance. Since October 2012, she started working at KMG Drilling&Services LLP, held the positions of Director of the Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis and Treasury Department, Finance Director, Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance. Since January 2016, she started working at PSA LLP as the Director of the Audit Department of the POA, was engaged in auditing the accounts of oil and gas operations of large oil and gas projects (North Caspian and Karachaganak projects).

During her career in the JSC NC “KazMunayGas” group, she took an active part in negotiations on the purchase of the share of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” in the North Caspian project, in negotiations on the creation of a joint venture with Nabors Drilling International LTD, which currently provides drilling services for TCO. She also took an active part in negotiations on the Objectivity Index for the Karachaganak project.

Aryssova has awards: a commemorative badge of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” for contribution to the development of the oil and gas industry, a badge, medals of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
