Bekzhan Pirmatov

Was appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board of ForteBank JSC on July 11^th, 2022.

Since June 2020, has been acting as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of ForteBank JSC and supervising the Corporate Business and Treasury Divisions at the bank.

Joined the banking sector in April 2004 as a manager of the Business Development Department at Kaspi Bank JSC, then worked at the International Relations and Trade Financing Office of Bank Turan Alem JSC.

Then he continued his career at HSBC Kazakhstan JSC SB in the capacity of the head of the Large Corporate Clients Office, subsequently – in the capacity of the Corporate Director at the same financial institution.

He was employed as a leading banker at the European Bank for Resonstruction and Development Bank and headed the Corporate Business Department at Kazcommetsbank JSC.

He held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and the Chairman of the Management Board at First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC, and lead First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC afterwards.

In 2005, he received a bachelor’s degree in management at the Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics. He is a Master of Science (MS) of the George Washington University School of Business.
