Beibut Dosmurzinov

Beibut is the Acting Commissioner of Data Protection at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Authority. Since joining the AIFC in 2017, he has played a key role in the legal review and development of the AIFC’s Acting Law. Beibut has held positions within the AIFC Academy of Law and contributed to various legal and regulatory projects.

In his current role, Beibut oversees data protection regulations, conducts investigations, and promotes data protection standards both nationally and internationally. He also leads the Office of the AIFC Security Registrar, advising on security regulations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
