Arif Babayev worked in the banking sector of Kazakhstan from 2003 to 2016. In 2018, together with Nurlan Zhakiparov, he founded DNA Payments in the UK, a fintech startup in the payments sector. DNA Payments is a vertically integrated and FCA-licensed acquirer operating in the UK and the European Union.
