Ablaikhan Ospanov

Ablaykhan Ospanov has been the Managing Director of JSC «Bank Freedom Finance Kazakhstan» since 2021.

Prior to joining JSC «Bank Freedom Finance Kazakhstan», Ablaykhan held the position of Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he oversaw digitalization and the provision of public services.

Also, in different years, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of the non-profit joint-stock company «State Corporation «Government for Citizens» and Deputy Chairman of the Board of «Almaty Development Center» JSC, etc.

Ablaykhan holds an Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Information Systems.
