Talgat Kamarov

Talgat Kamarov is the Chairman of the Executive Board of Centras Securities JSC. He was appointed to this post on 1 November 2011. From April 2010 to October 2011 he held the position of Managing Director, overseeing the company’s asset management activities and responsible for institutional investor relations. Talgat Kamarov has extensive experience, having worked in the securities market since 1996 at various financial institutions, including Kazkommertsbank and Kazkommerts Securities. He specialises in local and international securities trading and risk management. He is a member of a number of advisory groups under the Association of Financiers, the Agency for Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty, and the Financial Market and Financial Organisations Regulatory Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Talgat graduated with honours from Tomsk State University and completed internships at the Bank of New York and ING Bank.
