Bekzhan Mukatov

His areas of responsibilities include the screening, evaluation and identification of project and investment opportunities in the energy sector (including the gas sector) and related sectors of Kazakhstan; cooperation with the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to improve/develop legislation in the field of renewable energy sources, traditional power plants, district heating and the relevant regulatory framework, digitalization of the energy sector of Kazakhstan, hydroelectric power plants and programs for the development of hybrid renewable energy sources, electricity and capacity markets.
