Yevgeniy Kochetov

Kochetov Evgeny Dmitrievich was born in 1988 in Astana.

Graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Lomonosov Moscow State University.

In the period from 2009 to 2013, he worked as an adviser, expert, consultant of the «Zhas Otan» and various structural divisions of the central office of the «Nur Otan».

2013-2014 — Head of the Development Division of Tsesna Corporation.

Over the years, he worked in private commercial structures.

In 2016, he was appointed project manager of the Kaztube video portal.kz  «Kazcontent».

2016-2017 — Director of the Central Communications Service of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2017-2018 — Chairman of the Management Board of «Kazcontent».

In 2018-2019, he worked as Deputy director of the Institute of Strategic Initiatives of the Nur Otan Party.

2019-2020 — Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development «Rýhanı jańǵyrý».

From January 2020 to the present, he has worked as the General Director of the Corporate Fund «Media Damytu Qory».

Over the years, he worked as a columnist for the socio-political newspaper «Liter», the business publication «Capital», the online magazine «Power», the information and analytical portal «Informburo».
