Ablaikhan is a compliance lawyer bringing counsel in a wide variety of disciplines and Certified Cryptoasset AFC Specialist by ACAMS.
Ablaikhan started his career at the AIFC. Ablaikhan was involved in the establishment of the AIFC Court and AIFC International Arbitration Centre. Ablaikhan made significant contributions to the development of the AIFC Academy of Law and its key learning and development services.
Ablaikhan held senior positions as Chief Legal Officer – MLRO in AIFC Green Finance Centre Ltd. and head of the AIFC Law Academy.
